  • Delivery times are estimates. We’ll do our best to get your cookies to you on time!

  • Delivery rates, or shipping fees, vary due to several factors including distance, weight and dimensions.

  • Please double-check your address before placing your order.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of cookies, we do not accept returns.

  • If your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
